One of the main things I hear from a lot of my clients is that they would go to the gym more often if they had a plan set for them. Well, that’s what I’m here for. For a low monthly fee, I will provide you with a personalized workout. When you sign up with me I will consult with you and determine your goals and the best way to achieve them. My workout plan will be based on your goals, gym availability, and a plan for working out at least three times per week. At the beginning of every month you can report your progress and we can change up the workouts for that month based on your progress. I will be available any time to answer your questions and help you every step of the way. I will do videos here and there and give tips on products that I have tried and have had success with, even if it's an awesome deal on pants at Lulu Lemon 😊.
