As a mom, I know the struggle with getting your body back. I fully understand the pressure of getting your figure back to "normal" right after you have your child. As an adult I have struggled with my weight as well. Being happy with my overall fitness is constant hard work and dedication. I realized while carrying my first child that I had to make a lifestyle change for her and for myself. Since then, my life has changed dramatically, both physically and mentally. I want people to know that I understand the struggle. I've been too thin, I've been too “heavy”, and I know the ups and downs of both.
